Join us for a book talk at the Macksville City Library!  Pawnee Rock native and MHS graduate Cheryl Unruh (class of  ’77)  will present her book- Flyover People  at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 3rd.   This book was included on the 2011 Kansas Notable Book List and features 80 essays about “Life on the Ground in a Rectangular State.”

As part of Macksville’s 125th celebration, the library will feature displays relevant to the community’s history, and old yearbooks will be on hand.  We will have refreshments and door prizes.  Cheryl will also have copies of her book available for purchase and signing.
