Year-end reports have been submitted, and the verdict is in– 2011 was a busy year at the Macksville City Library!

To summarize, we counted 2,050 library visitors PLUS 1,442 program attendees.  We hosted 32 children’s programs and 3 adult programs.  Circulation of adult books & magazines was 962, and circulation of children’s materials was 2,018.  We were open 637 hours and sent off for 29 interlibrary loans.  Games and puzzles were enjoyed by 294 children and adults, and our website had 3,232 visits in 2011.

As you can see–  we are a busy place!  And, smiles abound among our fashionable patrons (see above!).   🙂    Looking forward to another great year in 2012.   ” Thank you” to all who support the Macksville City Library!
