Oh, the Weather Outside was Frightful (and drizzly), but the day was quite Delightful!  Macksville’s 2016 Country Christmas began with a benefit breakfast and bake sale at the VIP and ended with a Community Potluck, raffles & prizes at MGS.  In between, there was breakfast with Mrs. Claus, 3 on 3 basketball, a movie, hot cocoa, vendors, stories, crafts and Santa.

Grace UMC was a busy place during Story Time and Crafts.  Multitudes of kids came to sing Jingle Bells and listen to stories from the Macksville City Library.  Each child in attendance received a free book to keep, courtesy of donations from generous donors.

  After Story Time, kids made ornaments and magnets courtesy of the MHS Kays & Kayettes, plus they had a chance to visit Santa.

After the Community Potluck, raffle prizes were drawn, and pictured is the winner of the afghan made by Martha Loy.  Thanks to all who supported this raffle to raise funds for the Library Addition Fund!
