Macksville Junior High & High School students are AWESOME!

To start the week, 7th graders lent a hand at the library. Then, 8th & 9th graders arrived to add  more muscle!

The students moved books, boxes, & furniture, helping us prepare for the carpet layers, scheduled later this month.

So much work to be done.

And, everyone helped with multiple tasks!

One can only imagine how many pounds of books were lifted in 3 days!

These are just the picture books… chapter books are boxed up & stacked!

At this time, it looks like we will be closed the week of April 3rd for carpet installation (check back for updates). Until then, we are busily working, prepping for the Grand Opening, & conducting business as usual!

As we reorganize, add to & weed things from our collection, some items will need new homes.  If you are interested in this mini fridge ($40), just let us know.  We also have lots to offer in our Book Sale (including a 1992 set of Britannica Encyclopedias).

All proceeds go towards our Building Fund & will help us purchase shelving to get our books organized & off the carpet! ♥
