At the Macksville City Library, our tree is now bare & in need of hearts & snowflakes to decorate it!
Each day you add a decoration, you can add your name to the prize drawing for a plush Peter & hardback copy of A Snowy Day.
Paper, crayons & scissors await your creativity! ♥
And, we still have some wintry ducks in need of good homes… If you can find 6 or more SNOWFLAKES hiding around the library, then you can choose a duck to keep. 🙂
Our De-“LIGHT”-Ful Book & Rummage sale is ongoing. Come check out the new & vintage items. Free Will Offering on most items. (PLEASE, save us from multiple trips to the Thrift Store!)We are so THANKFUL to the Golden Belt Community Foundation for hosting Giving Tuesday, on Nov. 28th. This year’s campaign yielded $695 that will go towards new lighting. Thanks to the following who donated: Doug & Pat Springer, Todd Armatys, Julie Bissell, Eileen Loomis, Reva Dougherty, and Keith & Crystal Lamb.
We are excited to be almost halfway to our goal, as we raise funds to purchase new lighting for the library.
We are anxious for the buzzing (of the old lights) to STOP… And, we look forward to not needing a flashlight to shelve & find books for our patrons!
