Books for Babies!

Thanks to a grant from the South Central Community Foundation, local parents with little ones (ages 2 years & younger) can drop by the library and sign up for a Library Card.  We want to WELCOME your little one to the Library with a FREE bilingual board book. (one per child, while supplies last).

We ♥ sharing books & a love of language!

What a JOY to welcome this newest library card holder to Macksville! 

Precious little Rozilyn was dreaming away on her first visit to the library.

How fitting that her mama picked Jane Dyer’s classic: Time For Bed board book for her to take home.

“…It’s time for bed little cat, little cat,        So snuggle in tight, that’s right, like that.”

(The words still run off the tongue of this librarian, with ‘little ones’ ages 18 & 20!)

It was also fitting that Rozilyn’s mama was a library card holder from a young age.
