January 2011 marks the end of Pat Scheck’s storied career at the library.  Pat was the head librarian from May 1980 to May 1983.  Then, after retiring from Alco, she accepted the assistant librarian position in July of 2007.  Now, after almost seven years of service to the Macksville community, she has decided to hang up her ‘date stamp’ and enjoy retirement.
