This week we  participated in Kansas Reads to Preschoolers, a statewide  event, striving to have every Kansas child from birth to age five read to during the week of Nov. 11-17, 2012.  The Macksville preschoolers enjoyed hearing the book: Lola Loves Stories, by Anna McQuinn.  This book encourages kids to go to the library, check out a variety of fun books and then to use the stories they hear as springboards for active play and imagination!
