The end of Summer Reading is here, & it’s time to reap the rewards!

(Though arguably, reading is it’s own reward! 😉 )

Young Adult: Anna, & Adults: Audrey, Eileen, Megan, Carrie & Diane turned in reading logs & can pick a prize from the library.

Everyone who participated in the YA/Adult program is also encouraged to drop by the library for treats.  THANK YOU for taking part in this Universe of Stories Summer!

The end of summer also means that we’re reaping the rewards of some of some beautiful BLOOMS!  Marigold seeds planted on Earth Day turned into colorful blooms lining the library ramp.  Day-lilies planted long ago found their way up through the dry, cracking soil despite no work on our part.  And, seeds planted to encourage pollinators at our OK Kids program are blooming, as well (if you planted seeds that bloomed from that program, feel free to share some pictures!  And Thanks Again to the Pratt TSC for the donation of seeds!)
