Reading is it’s own reward… but incentives are fun, too!

“Thanks” to Golden Belt Telephone for supporting literacy & learning at the Macksville City Library!

This Summer, after a year of staying home, we  wanted to encourage patrons young & old to get outside & enjoy reading in the great outdoors!

A donation of $100 from Golden Belt Telephone means that two lucky young adult / adult readers will be taking home a sturdy camp chair and colorful sun hat at the end of our 2021 Tails & Tales Summer Reading Program. 🙂

We also have a shark chair & bucket hat for the 6th & under kids.

Prizes will be given in a random drawing of all who meet their reading goal.
