Still Building!
Our Final Summer Reading Story Hour was held July 10th, and 31 kids piled in for the story, Roxaboxen, and prizes galore: from disc shooters, books, crayons, glue, and cool shades, to a variety of yummy treats to celebrate a summer of reading!
Three T-Shirts were given out for lucky winners who completed the Build a Better World Challenge. And, recognition was given to kids with 100% attendance (Andrea, Devin, Alex, and Brandon). Top readers, Laney, Kennedy & Brandon also received prizes. And, all who met their reading goals were invited a POOL PARTY following Story Hour.
NOTICE: If you missed our Summer Reading Finale, you can still get prizes from the library! Bring in your completed Reading Log before school starts!
Also, YA & Adults have until July 31st to turn in reading logs to be in the drawing. 🙂
Build a Better World Challenge slips are also still accepted to earn a color changing cup & be in the YA-A T-shirt drawing.
