Summer Reading is near!!!!

This week MGS students visited the library to explore our new space & get excited about Summer Reading!

Our 2023 Summer Reading Theme is: All Together Now

There will be three age groups: Adult, Young Adult, and 6th Grade & Under.

The 6th & Under group runs from June 5th – July 10th.

Story-times will be on Mondays from 3:00pm-4:00pm.

Flyers are available at the library.

All ages can sign up now & start reading!

Adult & Young Adult programs run from June 5th -August 2nd. (Volunteers are welcome, if you want to help with the younger kids’ Story-Times/crafts/etc.)

During our promos, we read The Great Fuzz Frenzy, by Janet Stevens & Susan Stevens Crummel, and then classes participated in group activities that showed that having more participants working together was a GOOD thing! 😉

We also gave out prizes to students who had made a recipe from their new cookbooks. Thanks to the Stafford County Flour Mill for the packages of Hudson Cream Flour!!!
