Week #19 began with some quick painting to apply second coats & little touch ups before the ceiling grid was installed.  

Then, this little one-month-old cutie dropped by to get his first library card AND a bilingual Book for Baby, from our free program. 🙂

Another adorable reminder of WHY this library construction project is so important! ♥

Others stopped in for books, for computer time, & to sign up for our prize drawing & enjoy some crafts & treats.

After the final drywall was finished, two of my favorite college kids, home on Christmas  break, offered to give back to their community by priming & painting library walls for their librarian Mom (who is trying to rest a little & heal the tendinitis brought on by previous painting…).  No coal in their stockings this year! ♥

As we look into Week #20- the weather forecast may be bleak… but we wish you a Christmas filled with Light, Joy, Love, & Wonder.
