Have you visited The Table on Main Street yet?

We’re so happy to see new businesses in Macksville!

According to their FB site (newly added to our local links): iGather at The Table is a coffee shop located in Macksville, Kansas. We are here to serve the community with a non-profit coffee shop, host workshops and gathering days, and so much more!

They are currently open Tuesday – Friday 7am-2pm.

The space is also available to rent on weekends. 🙂

Another neighbor we are excited to see is the new Fire Station, located just south of the library.  It’s been an adventure watching it go up (& I’ll admit this librarian has been a little envious of the construction!).

Below are some photos taken along the way, from concrete pouring on March 3rd, to siding application on a windy mid-April day.

Windy Days aside, this structure has gone up so fast!

We hope to be joining the construction craze soon.
