Macksville’s Cloverleaf 4-H Club brightened many doorsteps in February, and their community service will have a lasting effect at the Macksville City Library!

Thank you, to the club for the fruit cup Valentines delivered to shut ins, community helpers, and other special residents in Macksville. (Healthy AND Yummy!) 🙂

Thank you, also, for helping the library deliver Golden Belt Telephone directories around town.  This enabled the Library to earn $200 from GBT. $100 was placed in the Library Building Fund in Cloverleaf’s honor.  The remaining $100 was used to purchase eight books for the library.

The kids helped pick the books & will sign a dedication page to be placed in each title. The books deal with a variety of topics, interesting to many & which also relate to 4-H projects from which members can choose.

Topics are: rabbits, goats, beef, bucket calves, animal care, photography, cooking, arts & crafts, & gardening.
